French Poetry Winners
Alliance Française Poetry Competition – WINNERS
We are very pleased to announce 2 students from our school as winners in the 2022 Alliance Française Poetry Competition.
We had 11 students from Grades 4-6 qualify for the finals. We congratulate again these 11 students, as their finals berth was a result of them receiving 20/20 for their original recital: Juliette Richards, Henry Maxton, Zoe Smart, Alexander Sier, Amélie Duke, Noah Lakkis, Jacob Reid, Ava Duke, Magnus Johnson, Lucia Kennon, Neve Murley
Needless to say the competition in the finals is a very high level, given that all finalists had received a perfect score for Round 1.
Our two PRIZE WINNERS are:
1) Juliette Richards (Grade 4)
ANNEE 4 - RECITATION DE POESIE
Prix Hors-Catégorie – This means that Juliette attained a score of 20/20 on the day of the final !!!
2) Amelie Duke (Grade 5)
ANNEE 5 - RECITATION DE POESIE
2ème Prix (second prize out of more than 500 participants !)
