2022 Term Dates
School Hats
School broad brimmed hats are to be worn at school from 1 September through to 30 April as part of the School's Sun Smart Policy.
Reporting Positive Cases and Close Contacts due to Covid 19
A friendly reminder that if a member of your household tests positive to Covid 19 or they are a close contac, please ensure you inform the school office as soon as possible.
You may either:
- Call the school office on 9764 1955 - to report a close contact
- Add an attendance / absence note on Compass - noting in comments positive to Covid 19
- email the school - rowville.ps@education.vic.gov.au
In additon to notifying the school, if your child attends Team Kids, please notify them via email: RowvillePS@teamkids.com.au
Students who are positive must not attend school and isolate for 7 day - they may return after the 7 days as long as they are well and symptom free.
Students who are close contacts and test negative, may attend school. To attend school the close contact must test prior to attending school each day, using a RAT for 5 days out of the 7 isolation days and if 8 years or older wear a mask while indoors at school.
