CATHOLIC EDUCATION WEEK 15th - 22nd MAY
You are invited to a whole school Mass on Friday 22nd May at 9.30am.
Over the next 2 editions, we will be featuring works from the classrooms for Catholic Education Week.

AFLW HAWTHORN CLUB VISIT
We were lucky enough to have 5 members of the AFLW Hawthorn club visit the 3,4,5 & 6's this morning for a Q & A session.
Club members were: #3 Greta Bodey, #4 Najwa Allen, #1 Emily Bates, #35 Maya Dear and former North Melbourne player Niamh Martin.
SACRAMENT OF FIRST EUCHARIST
A friendly reminder to families to continue to work through the family resource shared at the recent Eucharist Parent and Child Workshop so as to support your child in his or her readiness to receive this special sacrament. A digital copy has also been sent.
DENTAL VAN VISIT - FREE DENTAL CHECK UPS
The Dental Van is Coming to St. Laurence's!
The Victorian Mobile Dental Health Van will be visiting our school in TERM 3 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for students to receive free dental check-ups and learn how to keep their smiles bright and healthy!

Who: All students are welcome — parental consent required

SOCIAL JUSTICE TEAM BOOK SALE
The Social Justice team ran a book sale fundraiser today. It was so lovely to see the enthusiasm of the children in choosing their books. Together you helped raise $215 which will go towards creating a composting worm farm. Thank you to everyone for supporting the team. We hope the children enjoy their 'new' books.
GRADE 6 ACTIVITY DAY AT MARY MacKILLOP COLLEGE
On Tuesday 12th May, the grade 6 students w to Mary MacKillop for a fun activity day. These are always great days which give students a snap shot of Secondary College life.
