SEMESTER TWO TIMETABLES

Updated timetables will be emailed to all students no later than the end of the School Holidays or 12th July. These will include change of elective subjects for all year levels.  There may be a small number of core class changes to facilitate students getting into higher preference electives.   

Year 7-10 SEMESTER TWO ASSESSMENT CALENDARS 

Calendars will be distributed via the school’s website by 24th July.

SEMESTER ONE REPORT CARDS ISSSUED 

Reports will be emailed by Wednesday 29th July. Please share this report card with your child as they do not receive their own copy. With subject selection coming up this term the encouragement of striving for excellent effort and passing core subjects especially English and Maths is very important, as these areas guide future offerings for students.  

2027 SUBJECT SELECTION INFORMATION 

Updated 2027 subject selection guides will be available on the student portal and the school’s website from Week 3, Term 3. These guides will include information about each subject, possible pathways, and instructions for completing subject selections online. 

Subject selections will open for current Year 8 and Year 9 students in Week 8, Term 3. Selections must be completed by Week 10, Term 3. 

Students entering Year 9 in 2027 will study four electives, each for one semester. The exception is students enrolled in the Sports Excellence or Creative Arts Excellence programs. As these are year-long programs, students in these programs will study two additional semester-based electives. 

Students entering Year 10 in 2027 will study three electives for the year. Sports Excellence or Creative Arts Excellence will count as one of these electives for students enrolled in those programs. 

Students will be asked to preference more subjects than they will study. This allows the school to accommodate as many students as possible through the timetabling process.
