St George Illawarra Dragons are coming to visit!

We are so excited to be hosting the St George Illawarra Dragons this coming Monday 1st September 2025. The Dragons will be at SMOTA hosting our students as part of the 'Best You Can Be' health and wellbeing program.

The Dragons are fully aware how sport can be very effective in achieving social change, especially in youth. This program aims to encourage children to make positive choices around health and wellbeing.

We are so excited to host the Dragons!!!

Please also note that photographs will be taken on the day by representatives from St George Illawarra Dragons. These images may be used for promotional or educational purposes by the Dragons and/or the school, such as in newsletters, on social media, or on official websites. This is covered under the school’s existing media consent that parents/guardians have previously signed.

If you do not wish for your child to be photographed during this session, please contact the school office.

Northern Cluster Diocesan Soccer and Netball Gala Day

On Thursday 25th September a number of our Stage 2 and Stage 3 students will travel to Inverell for the Northern Cluster Diocesan Soccer and Netball Gala Day. Students will compete against a number of other schools in a round robin competition, representing St Mary of the Angels.

If your child would like to nominate for this event, please complete the nomination form via Compass. If you have any problems accessing the form, please contact the front office.
