Term 3 – Done & Dusted
We have officially made it to the end of Term 3, which feels as though it has flown by! It has been jam-packed with lots of events, learning and fun activities, so I feel both our students and staff are in need of a well-deserved break.
I would like to acknowledge all of our teaching and E.S. staff, who put in a mountain of effort for all of our students and families. We are so lucky to have the staff that we do, and I just wanted to take this opportunity to recognise them, as I am sure you do too.
I would also like to thank all staff, families and community members for their support over the past 10 weeks.
Term 4 – Homestretch
Term 4 is an 11-week term, and like every year, there will be lots of different things going on. We will begin our Step Up program as we transition into 2027. We will have our exhibition, Grade 6 graduation, camp, golf sessions and lots more! All things will be communicated through ClassDojo, so please keep an eye out for these updates.
As mentioned, I will continue in my Acting Principal role for Term 4. Here’s to another productive term filled with lots of laughs and smiles.
Head Lice
A reminder to all families regarding head lice. If head lice are identified either at home or at school, families will be contacted to collect their child and treat them appropriately. It is important to ensure this is done completely to help stop the spread of head lice throughout the school.
School Hats
From 1 September, students are required to wear brimmed hats once again, as per our SunSmart Policy.
We will be enforcing this requirement moving forward. Students who do not bring a hat to school will be required to remain in the shade during our scheduled break times.
We have school hats available for purchase from the office for $12. If your family requires any support with uniforms, please do not hesitate to contact the office. We will be more than happy to assist.
