Congratulations to Our 13 & Under Netball Team!

A huge congratulations to our St. Mel's 13 & Under Netball Team for their fantastic effort in the grand final, where they finished as runners-up! The team worked tirelessly, never gave up, and embodied the 'St. Mel's Way' throughout the competition. They displayed the qualities we hold true, doing their best, helping others succeed, and showing respect for our school. We are incredibly proud of their hard work and sportsmanship. Well done, team!

Congratulations to Lara Tedesco, who was awarded the Best & Fairest in the 13 & Under Section 3 division this season! Lara's dedication, skill development, and unwavering commitment to her netball team have truly shone this year. We are incredibly proud of her growth, both on and off the court. Well done, Lara!

Our St. Mel's Netball teams for 2024 ~ 

What a fantastic night we had at our Netball Break-Up! The evening was filled with joy, delicious food generously provided by our sponsor Pizza Plus & Little Gourmet Food Company, music, and wonderful conversations. It was a great opportunity to acknowledge the dedication and hard work of our players, teams, coaches, and team managers.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our amazing volunteers, parents, committed coaches, team managers, and especially our hardworking Netball Committee. Your dedication has made this season a success, and we are truly blessed for your passion and support to help nurture not only great netballers but also strong, confident young people. Thank you for fostering a sense of community and love of the game. A special thanks to Rosie Campi & Ineka Rowe, our club couldn't exist without you.

VOLUNTEERING for our TEAMS

Thank you to all our parents volunteering in support of our St Mel's sporting teams. Parents who have not previously completed the documentation required to volunteer under Child Safe Standards are asked to visit the school website to download and complete the documentation OR collect a Volunteer Pack from the school Admin staff.

Return the documentation, along with your current Working With Children Check to the school Admin staff. You will then be contacted for induction.
