TERM 3 WEEK 8
On Saturday 7th September 2024 - World Duchenne Awareness Day the very first ever DMD Gala Ball was held.
Food, festivities, and fun were had, including dancing, Roll-the-coin games, raffles, and a silent auction.
A huge thank you to the local community and local businesses for their donations and help at the event.
The night was a success raising nearly $12,000 to go towards building an inclusive playground at Lockleys North Primary School.
We do plan on making this an annual event.
Thank you to the school community and teachers who attended the evening.
