DISTRICT ATHLETICS CONGRATULATIONS

A big congratulations to the athletics team (and to their parents for transporting them) that represented our District at Division Athletics after their successful performances at District Athletics.

The Division team was: Angela, Alice, Marcus, Davina, Megan, Matilda, Olivia, Genevieve, Lois and Harrison. Competing at this level is a great achievement and all of our competitors displayed courage to achieve their personal bests.

Impressively, 2 of our athletes have progressed to the next round, and will represent the Whitehorse Division at Regional level. This is only one step away from State finals.

Well done to Olivia Y in shot put and Harrison K in High jump! They should both be very proud of themselves. We wish them the best of luck for next Thursday!

LUNCHTIME CLUBS

Term 4 Lunchtime Clubs are off to a flying start.  The first round in BHNPS's Pokémon TCG tournament was really enjoyed.

BIZARRE BAZAAR UPDATE

Our 5/6 students are working in their teams to design their products and advertising for their Bizarre Bazaar market stalls.  Lots of ideas, collaborating and teamwork!

EXPLORING MAPS

This week, our 3/4 students have been exploring maps and learning about the different features that help us find our way. They have been putting their learning into practice by creating their own treasure maps, complete with hidden treasures, landmarks, and clues! The students are also writing instructions to help their classmates follow the clues and discover where the treasure is hidden. We can’t wait to see their maps come to life as they put their classmates’ navigation skills to the test!
