Working with Children Card

Parent/Grandparent/Carer helpers are reminded that a valid WWC is required before volunteering at HPPS for all events, including incursions, excursions and camps.

Medication & Illness

If your child requires medication to be taken at school, please come to the office to complete a Medical Permission Form. Please note that all medication must be supplied to us in its original packaging. Thank you for keeping your child home if they are sick and adding this to Compass so their absence is explained. If you have any problems with entering on Compass, please contact us, and we can do it for you.

Students Late to School

Students arriving after 9:00am must report to the school office, even if they are only a minute late. If students go directly to class after the teacher has marked attendance, they may be recorded as absent. This can result in parents receiving an SMS notification stating that their child is absent from school.

Please remind your child to sign in at the office and collect a late pass before going to class to ensure their attendance is recorded correctly.

Second Hand Uniform Shop

The Second-Hand Uniform Shop will be open every second Friday afternoon from 3.15 to 3.45pm in Term 2 and 3.
