Welcome Back, Lizards!

There has been plenty of excitement in our Lizard Atrium this week as our scaly friends get ready for the warmer weather!

Our beautiful, bearded dragon, Daphne, has officially come out of brumation this week. She is beginning to wake up, stretch out and enjoy being active again after her winter rest. Luna, our grey bearded dragon, was a little earlier to the party, coming out of brumation a few weeks ago!

Our brother water dragons, Rocky and Apollo, have also been thriving since arriving at Heany Park earlier this year. They have doubled in size and are loving their new home! It has been wonderful watching them grow, explore their surroundings and settle into life at school.

As the days become warmer and our lizards become more active, there is no better time to come and visit the Lizard Atrium.
