School Wide Positive Behaviour System

GSC is excited to share with you our 2026 Merit Scheme, a system designed to reward individuals and cohorts for their collective efforts in demonstrating our school’s expected behaviours.

You may already be an avid merit collector, but now is the perfect time to start building your collection with your teachers by consistently displaying Respect, Achievement, Innovation and Diversity across all areas of school life.

Our new merit system introduces a tiered approach, recognising student efforts across the term, semester and overall year. This means the positive choices you make every day can build towards exciting rewards and recognition throughout the year.
