Catholic Mission

As we think about the message of “He is Risen,” we see the promises that God gives us through Jesus’ resurrection. It tells us that death is not the final say, but just a step toward a wonderful new beginning. It shows us how much God is committed to giving us life even after death and reminds us of His great power. When we read about the resurrection, we should feel confident that trusting in Christ not only forgives our sins but also gives us a future full of hope and eternal life. Let’s hold on to this promise and find strength in it as we continue to grow in our faith.

CATHOLIC EDUCATION WEEK

This week is Catholic Education week!

The first Catholic school was established in Parramatta in October 1820. Since then, Catholic schools all over Australia have worked hard to make a difference in young people's lives by educating them and instilling them with faith. Catholic Education Week is an opportunity to recognise the impact that Catholic schools make in school and the wider community. It focuses on the stories of Jesus and encourages young people to become more compassionate members of society.

Our students will be celebrating this event in their classrooms throughout their Religious Education lessons.

MOTHER’S DAY LITURGY

We will be celebrating all the mothers and special people in our lives on Friday 9th May at Our Lady’s Church, 12.00pm, followed by a BYO picnic lunch in our school grounds.

We would love it if you were able to join us. Cribbes Road has also opened up a special ordering option for Mother's Day - jump onto the Spriggy app to order. Please note: orders close on Thursday so please make the time to avoid disappointment.

ALL WELCOME!
