Hello everyone,

We have now crossed the half way mark on Term 2, time is flying by!
We are incredibly proud of all the students who represented our school at the District Cross Country. Running long distances requires immense mental and physical toughness, and our athletes delivered in spades. Whether they were sprinting toward the finish line or encouraging their peers from the sidelines, their sportsmanship and collective effort were a credit to our school. A huge congratulations to everyone who gave it their all!

Back at school, our PE program is in full swing with a focus on both skill precision and tactical awareness. Foundation & Year 1/2 have been mastering the art of throwing and catching. We’ve been focusing specifically on accuracy and power, helping them understand how to control their movements to hit a target or find a partner with a clinical pass.
Years 3-6 are currently honing their teamwork and strategy through invasion games such as soccer. The focus has been on finding open space and maintaining clear communication on the field to move the ball effectively.
I am incredibly proud of the energy and focus all our students are bringing to PE as we head toward the end of the term. Keep up the fantastic work!
Kind regards, Tom Porter
