Year 8 River & Coastal Days
Year 8 students will be embarking on two Outdoor Education day trips over the final two weeks of Term 3.
The Coastal Day will involve a trip to the Tasman Peninsula, where students will apply swimming and scrambling techniques around the coast and Tessellated Pavement. The River Day will involve rafting on the Huon or the River Derwent.
Please refer to the information letter in the Paperly form that was sent out this week. This letter includes a list of what to pack.
A reminder that EpiPens and any other medications should be packed and handed in to Outdoor Education staff on arrival at Bell Street.

Year 7 Quest Excursions - Friday 25 September
Year 7 students will undertake the culminating element of their Environment Action Quest on Friday 25 September. This will include a range of off-campus activities. Relevant details have been sent out through Paperly, including all clothing and resource requirements. Students should wear sports uniform, and require a packed lunch and drink bottle, personal medications, hat and sunscreen (if applicable), raincoat and sturdy footwear for practical activities.
Information about departure time and return time to school has been sent out through Paperly, however all students will leave school at 8:30am at the earliest and the latest arrival back at the Middle School is 3.30pm.
We ask that students arrive promptly to school on this day.
