Student  Leaders Kicking Goals!

Our student leaders have been absolutely shining this term. They’ve been putting in real effort to grow their leadership skills, and it’s been inspiring to watch them step up with confidence, kindness and curiosity.

A couple of times each term, our leaders meet with Mr Gill to dive deeper into what it means to lead well. These sessions are a chance to develop important traits, share their perspectives, reflect on challenges and, of course, celebrate the many achievements happening across our school.

Together, we work through our leadership goal handbook, using it as a tool to reflect, set intentions and stretch ourselves to become even stronger role models. In our most recent session, we explored the leadership trait of vulnerability, learning how being open, honest and supportive helps us empower one another. It’s a skill that matters at every age, and our leaders embraced it with maturity and heart.

We are incredibly proud of the young people they are becoming. Their growth is evident not just in meetings, but in the way they show up every day—helping others, taking initiative and modelling what it means to be a positive force in our community.

Our leaders are kicking big goals at Bimbadeen, and we can’t wait to see where their leadership journey takes them next.
