Grow, Give, Glow: Our Spring Fete Needs YOU! 

The countdown is on – here's how our school community can help make the OLA Fete unforgettable.

Calling All Green Thumbs

Got a green thumb?

Start propagating now so we've got beautiful blooms and thriving seedlings ready to sell by November.

Fast propagation tips:

1. Cuttings: Snip a 10–15cm stem below a leaf node (succulents, pothos, geraniums, lavender) and pop it in water or moist soil. 

2. Succulent leaves: Twist off, let callus for a day, lay on soil, mist occasionally.

3. Divide clumps: Perennials like agapanthus or clivias can simply be split into new pots.

4. Start this month – cuttings need 8–10 weeks to establish before fete day!

Clear the Clutter: 

Clothes, Toys, Books

Cooler weather = perfect time to clean out the wardrobe, bookshelf and toy box. 

We need pre-loved clothes, toys, games and books in great condition (if you wouldn't give it to a friend, please don't give it to us). No shoes.
