Congratulations to our talented students at Lockleys North Primary School for their outstanding achievements in the recent South Australian German Teachers Association (SAGTA) German Poster Competition! We are incredibly proud of all the creative and thoughtful entries submitted.
Special recognition goes to Lydia Massared, who won third place in the R-2 category, and Amelia Bateson, who received a special mention. In the Year 3-5 category, Ada Wong took out second place, while Mphatso Mwase and Isaiah Louros earned special mentions for their fantastic work.
In the Year 6-7 category, Kian Mousavi achieved an impressive second place, and Blasko Ward received a special mention for their efforts.
All winning and special mention posters were on display at the SAGTA conference on Saturday for all SA German teachers to admire. They will be on display in the school library for a limited time — don’t miss the chance to admire the creativity and hard work of our students!
Looking ahead, we’re excited to announce that this year’s German poster competition will be held in Term 4 and will focus on the fascinating German-speaking country of Liechtenstein. We encourage all students to get involved and start learning about this unique country.
Well done, everyone – weiter so (keep it up)!
