Year 6

Year 6 Leadership Day

This week, our Year 6 students took part in a Leadership Day as they prepared for this year’s Paddle Peer Program, developed in line with the updated PDHPE syllabus outcomes, SPB4L and My Acts of Kindness initiatives. 

Throughout the day, students participated in a range of team-building activities, leadership challenges and discussions focused on communication, cooperation and inclusion. They explored what it means to be a positive role model and how they can support younger students through encouragement, kindness and active listening.

There was a wonderful sense of enthusiasm and responsibility as students prepared for their important role within our school community. We are looking forward to seeing our Year 6 leaders put these skills into action during the sessions throughout the year.
