Japanese Day

Konnichiwa.  Our annual Japanese Day will be held on Wednesday, 29th October.

This year’s theme is うんどうかい(Undō-kai), which means “Sports Day” in Japanese. In Japan, Undō-kai is a fun and energetic school event where students take part in team games, races, and performances to celebrate teamwork and school spirit.

Students are encouraged to dress up in something Japanese-themed or wear red or white (the traditional Japanese team colours) on the day. We always love seeing everyone’s creative and colourful costumes each year!

We’re looking forward to a wonderful day celebrating Japanese culture together!
