Scholarships 

Reminder that there are a range of scholarships available to Year 11 students who are continuing their studies in Year 12. Students are able to collect an application pack from the front office and need to submit these to Miss Sjollema by Monday September 15 before 4:00pm or drop them in at the front office. 

Dowerin Field Day

All students will be attending the Dowerin Field Day on Thursday 29 August. Please ensure you have your formal school uniform ready (long pants, white shirt, belt, tie and blazer). We will be departing the College at 8:00 am and returning at 3:00 pm. Lunch orders have been completed for those students wishing to have a packed lunch made by the College.

 

Any students being signed out for the closed weekend are requested to do so before 2:00 pm at the College stand located in the lifestyle pavilion. If families could please enter leave via Reach as soon as possible, so we can finalise our transport requirements, that would be greatly appreciated. A reminder that students will not be permitted to self-drive to Dowerin on Thursday morning. 

Open Day - Week 7 (1-5 Sept)

Week 7 will be a "flipped week" due to Open Day. This will be reflected in your Compass timetables. Thursday and Friday all students will be in their Open Day allocated areas (due to be published next week). Please ensure you have the correct uniform for each day. See below for the cycle days. 

 

  • Monday 1 Sept: Day 10
  • Tuesday 2 Sept: Day 9
  • Wednesday 3 Sept: Day 8 (Open Day Preparation after lunch)
  • Thursday 4 Sept: Day 0 - Open Day Preparation (Trades and Farm uniform to be worn)
  • Friday 5 Sept: Day 0 - Open Day (Trades and Farm uniform worn until 9:30am. Formal uniform required for the remainder of the day). 

College Photo Orders

Midland Photography have changed the ordering system this year. You will have two opportunities to order photos.

 

The first opportunity closed on August 25. An email will be sent advising when the second order opportunity is open. This will be for the extra groups e.g. shearing team, country week participants and any late orders from the first opportunity. 

 

The code given to you for the first order will work with both. If you need your code again, please contact the College.
