Pinnacles Foundation Scholarship Open for 2026 Applications Close 31 August

 

Value $8,400 

 

You need to be 18 on 20 January 2026, undertaking fulltime studies at a public tertiary institution (including TAFE or university) and identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.

 

We provide educational scholarships, mentoring and opportunities for young LGBTQIA+ Australians to realise their full potential. Scholarships are awarded for fulltime study at public institutions of higher education in Australia, for the purpose of gaining an educational or vocational qualification in any profession, trade or the arts.

13 September Esports and Experience Day for High School Students

High school students are invited to Murdoch University’s Esports & Experience Day on Saturday 13 September, from 8.30am to 4.00pm.

Take part in our Rocket League tournament and compete against other schools for prizes and trophies. Beyond the competition, enjoy activities such as drone racing, virtual reality immersion, Fortnite and Valorant challenges, campus tours and much more.

Applications are open Australian Veterans’ Children Assistance Trust (AVCAT) Scholarships 

VET or Uni

 

Children and grandchildren of ex-serving veterans are invited to apply for AVCAT scholarships. 

 

All bursaries and sponsored scholarships are for tertiary education and are $4000-$6000 per year, for up to three years.

Running annually in the September school holidays, volunteering at the AWESOME Festival offers opportunities to gain real experience in all aspects of the arts and event management.

We accept volunteers aged 15 or older. Volunteers aged 18 or older must hold a current WA Working with Children Check (can be obtained through Barking Gecko Arts).

8-9 October Business Innovation Bootcamp 

Register Now School Holiday Program

 

Curtin is hosting its two-day Business Innovation Bootcamp for students in years 10-12 who are interested in entrepreneurship, planning for their start-up, already running their own business or anywhere in between.  

 

Day one explores the fundamental entrepreneurial skillset, from idea generation to business planning and market research. Day two introduces advanced concepts and gives students practical experience in developing and showcasing their own idea or prototype.  

 

Tickets are $20 and include the full program, workshop resources, and morning tea and lunch on both days.
