Supporting our Students Wellbeing
Yoga
Yoga begins back this year, being held on Thursday mornings in the library between 8.30am - 8.50am.
This can be a great way for students to begin their day with music to foster mindfulness and connections.
The sessions combine movement through poses, breathing exercises and meditation with our Yoga teacher Sarah.
Please see information included later in this newsletter if you would like to enrol your child.
Jui Jitsu
Beginning next week, Troy and Andrew from Limitless Martial Arts will be returning on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for Jui Jitsu.
These are 30-minute sessions where students are grouped with peers of similar ages.
The sessions build on skills and techniques with qualified coaches.
