STUDENT ACTIVITIES

Grade 6 Excursion F1 Australian Grand Prix 2026
On Thursday 5th March a group of 31 Grade 6 students caught the train to Albert Park, Melbourne to attend The Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix 2026 Driving Learning Program. This program presented by Engineers Australia, offered the students free admission on Thursday of the event, for an engaging, STEM-focused experience. Located at the Albert Park Innovation Hub, the program featured interactive exhibits, career seminars, and challenges, perhaps inspiring interest in motorsport engineering and technology careers. Students also had access to watch a variety of events on the race circuit. The students loved this opportunity and had a fantastic day. Thank you to Laura Stephenson and Sherrie Kaspar for their help for the day.
