Year 1 students have been studying Mem Fox and her writing and this week they have been looking at Possum Magic.  They travelled around Australia with Grandma Poss and Hush tasting all the foods - Anzac Biscuits in Adelaide, Minties in Melbourne, Pumpkin Scones in Brisbane, Vegemite Sandwiches in Darwin, Pavlova in Perth and Lamingtons in Hobart.

Thanks to our Tech Captain Taviru, students had a special STEM experience day.  RMIT ran a fabulous program that included Ozobots, Makey Makey, Thermal Cameras and coding using Light Bot.

Last week students celebrated Diwali with amazing activities such as Bollywood Dancing, Yoga, Rangoli Drawings and Diya making.
