Applications for 2025 full time TAFE courses close on 1 November. 

After the first round of applications, students can still apply for any vacant positions

Late applications open Saturday 2 November 2024

Late applications will be accepted for most courses, but some courses will no longer be available if filled through the main intake of applications. Late applications close Friday 13 December 2024

Incentives and mentoring for clean energy apprentices

The New Energy Apprenticeships program offers financial incentives of up to $10,000 and tailored mentoring to new apprentices in the clean energy sector. Up to 40 occupations are eligible for the program Visit the Australian.

30 November Applications close: Larsen Jewellery Scholarship 

Larsen Jewellery is offering a scholarship of $3,000, to go towards the University or TAFE tuition fees of one individual, for either a jewellery or jewellery design related course, or a design or visual arts related course.

New Campuses for MPA Skills – plumbing and painting

MPA Skills Trade Training and Employment is opening new plumping and painting training facilities. Painting is due to open now, while plumbing will transition from Bayswater, Maylands and Jandakot to Forrestfield and Joondalup in January 2025.

They have joined the IntoWork Group and are collaborating closely with Skill Hire and NARA Training & Assessing, and plan to expand our offerings to include bricklaying, carpentry, welding, and high-risk training.

MPA Skills has satellite offices in Northam, Bunbury and Albany.

Applications are open for $5000 women in Non Traditional Trades scholarships. 

A list of non-traditional occupations, organised by college, is available. You need to scroll down to the to the college of your choice and click on the course that interests you. If you click on that page it will take you through to the application.
