Author Visit

We are thrilled to welcome, Australian author Lisa Shanahan to our school as part of our Book Week festivities. Lisa’s visit will bring a “magical Symphony of Stories” to our students, inspiring them through her joyful characters, playful language, and much‑loved books such as Big Pet Day, Bear & Chook by the Sea, The Whole Caboodle, The Grand, Genius Summer of Henry Hoobler, and Sweetie May.

Lisa will be joining us on Wednesday 12th August, sharing insights into her writing process and the imaginative worlds behind her stories. Children may like to bring in one of her books if you have one at home or you may like to purchase one of Lisa’s books ahead of time so students can have their copy signed on the day if time allows (this cannot be promised). Please ensure books are clearly labelled with your child’s name.
