I have attached an activity from The Resilience Project on mindfulness that you can complete while sitting around the dinner table or in the car on the way home from an activity you and your child participated in during the holiday period. The questions focus on what your child can see and hear in the room, but you could adapt them to focus on how they felt before, during, and after the activity, and why.

We hope you have a restful break over the holiday period and are able to spend quality time with your child. Once again, I would like to extend my thanks and the thanks of the school wellbeing team for your support this semester, and we look forward to your continued support in semester two.
