Week 3

Wow, already we are at week 3!  We have been so busy getting ready for our musical, Lollies!

Last week we cheered on the boys who competed at the State Athletics Championships.  We are so proud of the boys and their achievements.

Oliver  and Nixon competed in the 100m and 200m  and Tyler in the long jump before joining Brodie to run in the senior boys relay. The boys were so fast in their heats, they made the final and came an amazing 8th in NSW.  MGPS were the only regional team in the finals. We are so proud of you boys!! You can watch the race here!

Grandparents Day

It was wonderful to see so many Grandparents, parents and special friends last week for our Grandparents day and joining us for coming to our morning tea and open classrooms.❤️❤️ Thank you to our families and P&C for the beautiful donations⭐️⭐️What an amazing turn out topped off by Kindergarten’s item at assembly, showing us exactly why they are the cutest little learners we have!  Head to our FaceBook page for more photos.

Transition Morning

On Tuesday morning we enjoyed hosting our 2027 kindergarten students and their parents at the first of our transitions. We loved seeing them enjoy their first taste of big school.

We also enjoyed seeing all of our other students move up into their stages for 2027.

Classes for these transitions are not the set classes for 2027, these will be finalised at the end of the year.

Lollies

Our musical tickets went on sale and all the night tickets have sold!! Day performance tickets are available through School Bytes.

Our stage 3 students will take the stage for the whole performance for approximately an hour to share a captivating story of how the Lollies are faced with the unthinkable! Our other classes will visit the Lollies shop for a song or 2 to help the Lollies along the way.

Halloween Dress Up

Our year 6 students have organised a dress up for Friday for those students who wish to dress up for Halloween.

Students who are not wishing to dress up are welcome to wera mufti.

You Can Do It!

Have a wonderful week!
