Jump Rope for Heart – What an Achievement!

Today we celebrated our final Jump Off for Jump Rope for Heart, and what a journey it has been! We are incredibly proud of all of our students and the progress they have made throughout the program.

We have watched students go from saying, “I can’t skip!” to confidently skipping, learning new tricks, challenging themselves and even creating their own skipping combinations. What has been especially wonderful to see is how much the students have enjoyed it. In their spare time, the skipping ropes have been a very popular choice, with students grabbing a rope and practicing their skills with friends.

Skipping is such a fun and simple way to stay active, healthy and happy, and it has been fantastic to see our students embracing it so enthusiastically.

Together, our Menzies Creek Primary School community has raised an amazing $169 for the Heart Foundation. Thank you to everyone who supported our students and helped us make a difference. We are so proud of the effort, enthusiasm and determination our students have shown throughout Jump Rope for Heart!
