RSC Long Course Meet Volunteers Needed

A huge thank you to everyone who has already signed up to volunteer at our RSC Long Course Meet on Sunday 13 September.
We really appreciate your support and the willingness of our families to help make the day a success.
We still have a number of important roles to fill, particularly:
- Early morning set-up
- BBQ – Sessions 1 & 2 Help with cooking and serving
- Timekeeping – Sessions 1 (4 more for second shift) & Session 2
- Marshalling – Session 2
- Raffle table – Session 2
- Medal Table - Session 2
- Team Managers - Session 1 and 2
Our morning session has reached capacity, which is fantastic!
With a very busy pool deck and a large number of swimmers and families attending, we are expecting the BBQ to be particularly busy, so we really need plenty of parents to jump in and help across both sessions. Even a short stint makes a big difference and helps us share the workload across our families.

As a reminder, every RSC family with a swimmer competing is expected to assist with at least one volunteer role. If your swimmer is competing and we still have positions to fill, families who have not signed up will be allocated a role after entries close on Tuesday next week.
We encourage you to sign up so you can choose a role and time that best suits your availability, rather than being allocated to one later.
Our club meets simply can't run without the support of our families. They are also an important fundraiser for RSC, with funds raised helping us continue to provide opportunities and support for our swimmers.
Thank you again to everyone who has already volunteered — we really appreciate your support.
If you haven't signed up yet, please jump on and help us fill the remaining spots!
