Ringwood Swimming Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held this coming Monday 7 September at 6:30pm in the RSC Clubrooms.

Dry Membership & Attendance

For voting purposes, please ensure that the adult in your family who holds the RSC Dry Membership is the person who attends the AGM.

Having sufficient eligible members in attendance is also important to ensure we meet our quorum requirements and can conduct the formal business of the AGM, so we would really appreciate families making every effort to attend.

Club Events Committee – Nominations welcome on the night

There are still positions available on our Club Events Committee, and we would love to have some more parents and members get involved.

The Events Committee will help us find club partners, organise club events, social activities and team-building opportunities for our swimmers and families throughout the year. These roles are not intended to be overly time-consuming, and responsibilities can be shared between a number of volunteers.

If you have been thinking about getting involved but haven’t yet nominated, we will be accepting nominations on the night of the AGM. Please consider putting your hand up to help – having a few extra people involved makes a huge difference and helps us continue to provide great experiences and opportunities for our swimmers.

Please find attached the AGM Agenda and relevant paperwork for your review prior to the meeting.

Printed copies of the Agenda and AGM paperwork will also be available on the night, so there is no need to print these documents at home unless you would prefer to bring your own copy.
