We have reached the very end of the term! The children’s brains are full of new learning and experiences, but their bodies are tired! This morning at assembly, we did a fun movement prayer inspired by the famous saint ‘St Ignatius of Loyola’ who taught a famous prayer called ‘The Examen’ - a way to look back at where we succeeded, where we struggled, and then clear our minds. As you recharge your batteries over the holidays, this five finger prayer might be a nice way to sit down as family, be still and reflect upon the day. Have a happy and safe holiday. God bless!
