Hello PBSS families,

And just like that, we are halfway through the year! 

The P&C have scheduled in some exciting fundraising events for next term, check out the details below, and contact us if you are interested in volunteering your time for either event.

Latest Events

🎉Monty's Colour & Slime Fun Run is coming to Palm Beach State School! 🎨💚

Get ready for a day full of colour, slime, and fun!

🗓️Event Date: Thursday, 4th September

💻Online Fundraising Starts: Wednesday, 17th July

Students will run, laugh, and get covered in a rainbow of colours and slime – all while raising funds for our school!

Stay tuned for more info on how to sign up and start fundraising! Let’s make it the messiest, most memorable day of the year!

📚Book Fair

We have been successful in securing the Scholastic Book Fair this year, on the coveted days of Book Week! (13th - 24th Aug). More information to come.

The next P&C meeting will be held on Monday 5th August at 4.30pm in the school staff lunch room (next to the office). All parents are welcome! Being part of the P&C is a great way to meet other parents, contribute to your child's school and have the opportunity to vote on how we spend our fundraising money. 

A reminder, being a member does not need to take up a lot of your time. You can choose how many and which events you want to assist with throughout the year. Maybe you're keen to organise a Father's Day stall, or a fun run, or help out at a school disco. Meeting attendance is not mandatory, however it is at our meetings that we vote on upcoming initiatives and donations.
