CAMPS, SPORTS and EXCURSIONS FUND (CSEF)

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund helps ensure that no student will miss out on the opportunity to join their classmates for important, educational and fun activities.

The Victorian Government funds the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund. From 1 January 2026, the annual Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund amount is $400 per eligible school student.

You may be eligible for the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund if you:

have a valid means-tested concession card, or
support an out of home care student, or
are an asylum seeker or refugee.

**please note that if your child has been a previous recipient of CSEF and your circumstances remain the same, then their application is rolled over from last year and you do not have to do anything further.
