Welcome to 2026: New Staff Introduction

We are so excited to introduce Ruihong (Ms Lu 陆老师) who will be joining the Year 1/2 team this year as the classroom teacher for 1/2A. Ruihong brings with her STEAM teaching experience, her passion for science, arts, travel, early years education, play-based and inquiry-based learning, linguistic and cultural divers into the classroom. Ruihong is also multilingual- she can speak Cantonese and Mandarin, as well as some Japanese and German. Outside of school, she trains in Aikido, a Japanese martial art, goes bird-watching, enjoys the piano, chess, hiking or planning her next trip interstate or overseas. She is looking forward to getting to know the students and families in our community and working alongside Melinda (Mrs Michaelsky) and Shannon (Ms Lloyd-Owens) to create a fantastic 2026 for our Junior School.
