Mental Health & Wellbeing Report

Mental Health And Wellbeing

Dear Parents, Carers and Guardians,

I hope you have all had an opportunity to access The Resilience Projects family hub and have started to make yourself a family with the resources available to you. If you haven't accessed the Hub yet you can do so through the link provided here - https://theresilienceproject.com.au/family-hub-1/

This week's email from The Resilience Project looks at developing a Gratitude Mindset. Changing simple language can change our whole perspective on our lives and daily tasks.

Please see the attached flyer for small ways you and your family can start to change your mindset.

Also attached this week is a flyer for the Upcoming Neighbourhood Policing Forum being held on Wednesday, the 6th May.

This is a free event.

The forum will explore a range of topics:-

  • Current crime trends and crime prevention
  • Young people
  • Family violence
  • Road policing
  • Drugs and drug-related crime

These topics will feature local police representatives discussing the issues and programs currently underway and answering questions.  The event will have a significant influence on how we police over the coming 12 months, and therefore, we see it as really important to the Melton Community.

Neighbourhood Policing would love to see a broad range of ages and especially to hear from young people about their concerns. If you or anyone in your family would like to attend or submit a question, you can do so by scanning the QR code on the flyer.

Thanks for your continued support

Mr Egan.
