Celebration Spot
Honouring and celebrating our student's achievements
Each week we love to celebrate any students who may have achieved something significant during the past week; sporting events, dancing, baptisms, theatre, music achievements, new babies etc. both inside school and outside school.
Please email reception@dcs.tas.edu.au with the details (we would love a photo too!) so we can celebrate together as a community.
Avé competed in the Under 17 Women’s Coxed Quad Scull, where she teamed up with Pembroke College (SA) to achieve an impressive top 10 finish nationally. She also competed in the Double Scull, placing 18th out of a strong field of more than 50 crews.
Avé also had the opportunity to row in an opens women’s race alongside Australian Representatives and Olympians. Well done Avé!
