School Uniform

It is always wonderful to see our students wearing their Menzies Creek Primary School uniform so proudly each day. Our uniform is an important part of our school identity, and students consistently represent our community with pride.

Winter Uniform

As we head into the colder Winter months, we encourage families to make use of the flexibility within our uniform policy to keep students warm and comfortable. Coats, beanies, scarves and gloves are all welcome for outdoor play. Gum boots can also be worn outside, please just ensure students bring a pair of runners or closed-toe leather shoes to change into for the classroom. For safety reasons, crocs and sandals are not permitted at school.

Summer Uniform

As we look ahead to the warmer weather in Term 4, we wanted to provide an early reminder about our Summer Uniform expectations. Shorts worn as part of the Summer Uniform should be mid-thigh length, including football-style shorts and bike shorts, ensuring all students are comfortable and able to participate fully in school activities. We would like to emphasise that this is not a change to the policy, but a gentle reminder to support families with plenty of time across Term 3 to prepare Summer uniforms that align with our policy.

For safety reasons, footwear worn at school must be either runners or closed-toe leather shoes. Crocs, or similar styles of footwear, are not permitted as they do not provide the required support and protection for students during learning and play activities.

By sharing this now, we hope families have the time and flexibility to plan ahead. As always, the school is here to support families with uniform needs.
