Inter School Sport Netball Divisional Finals

On Wednesday the 22nd July, the Girls and Boys Netball Inter School Sport teams competed in the Woodlands Division Finals at Boardman Stadium, Sunbury. The day consisted of 5 matches each for both the boys and girls teams, competing against the top schools from the Woodlands District. Both teams showed outstanding sportspersonship, wonderful netball skills and incredible teamwork - representing Greenvale Primary with pride. The Girls Team finished 2nd overall in the Woodlands Division, an outstanding result, with a loss to a competitive opposition in their last game of the day. The boys also, equally performed outstandingly, also finishing 2nd place in the day, with 1 loss to Kismet Park Primary.

Thank you to all the parents and family members who also came along to cheer the teams on throughout the entire day! 

All students should be very proud of themselves, especially since many students only started playing netball competitively for the first time this year. It was fantastic to see such improvement throughout the season, your persistence and hard work is something to be proud of!
