1. Salvation Army - CaPSS (Children and Parenting Support Service)
The Salvation Army offers free, tailored support for parents and caregivers with children aged 0 to 18 years in the Wyndham and Melton areas. Their services include:
- Individual Support: 6 to 8 free personalized home or community sessions targeting routine building, behavior management, and transition to school.
- Wyndham Mums Group: A weekly support hub focused on art, craft, and self-care at Wyndham Park Primary School.
- Tuning into Teens: A 6-week online webinar series focused on healthy teen communication and emotional intelligence.

2. Drummond Street - Family Mental Health Support Service (FMHSS)
Drummond Street provides flexible, no-cost support focused on children and young people (0-18 years) who are at risk of, or experiencing, mental health challenges. Their child-centred, family-focused services include:
- Tailored Support: Short-term and long-term counselling, home-based outreach, and guidance to manage family stress, moods, and challenging childhood behaviours.
- Life Transitions: Assistance for families navigating stressful changes, such as a new baby, school transitions, separation, or step-parenting.
- Specialised Streams: Inclusive programs covering diverse family structures, including "Queerspace" for LGBTIQA+ affirmative support and "Stepfamilies Australia".
- Group Programs: Informative sessions on child emotional health, toddler/teen parenting, and managing family relationships alongside mental illness.
