Happy Week 4!
Help the Faithful Foresters Bring New Chickens to St Joey’s!
Our student group, the Faithful Foresters, is fundraising to purchase new chickens and chicken feed for our school garden. While we collect 10c cans, bottles, and poppers throughout the school week, we are calling on all St Joey's families to help us boost our efforts during Weeks 4 and 5 (THIS week and next)!
How You Can Help:
Collect & Return: Take any eligible 10c containers to the Return & Earn Station located at the Quirindi Tip.
Get Your Voucher: Have the machine issue a receipt ticket.
Redeem & Donate: Redeem the ticket for cash at Carlo's IGA Quirindi and send the funds into school in an envelope labeled "Faithful Foresters."
100% of the money raised will go directly toward purchasing our new school chickens and their feed.

Sacramental Program - Baptism and Reconciliation
The next sacrament to be celebrated within our school community is the Sacrament of Reconciliation (also known as Confession or Penance). All of Stage 1 are learning about Reconciliation in their Religion lessons, based around the Curriculum. We have 5 candidates preparing for making the Sacrament of Reconciliation on the 27th August. Please keep these students in your prayers, as they ready themselves for the Sacrament.
