AFLW Lightning Premiership

Mordialloc College Year 9–11 Girls AFLW Team Wins Premiership

The Mordialloc College Year 9–11 Girls AFL team won the St Kilda Football Club Lightning Premiership late in Term 3. The team competed against several other schools over the course of the tournament. The result is made even more impressive as many of the opposing teams consisted of Year 12 students, while the Mordialloc College team did not.

Guard of Honour Invitation

As part of the prize for winning the premiership, the team was invited to form a Guard of Honour at the St Kilda vs. Port Adelaide AFLW game in the Holidays.

Thank you to all the players for participating in the event and the parents who came down to support us on the day.
