Student Engagement & Wellbeing

Louise Amor,  Liam Price, Liam Offer, Shannon Argall & Dan Garner

What a year! It has come and gone in the blink of an eye. I want to take the opportunity to thank all students and families for what they have achieved this year and for working tirelessly with our staff to grow. I also want to take this opportunity to thank the staff for their tireless efforts in giving the students every opportunity to succeed.

Year 12 Results

A very big congratulations to the year 12’s who completed their studies this year. To the students who have followed their passions towards a working pathway as well as those who will follow their dreams to university we wish you all the best. To students waiting on ATAR scores we once again wish you all the best. Support will be offered to all students who need careers appointments. Please reach out to the year 12 team or the careers team.

School Holidays

Horsham College staff will take a much needed break. The school will be closed from COB Wednesday 18th of December until January 27th. If you need anything in this time you may reach out to your subschool Assistant Principal, however they will only be checking emails periodically.

Student timetables

Students will now have received their timetable for 2025. We have done our best to ensure that your student gets as many subjects of their choosing as possible, however at times may miss out on the first go and therefore some extensive work needs to be done. If this is the case can you please contact your students YLC so we can aim to fix this up for an enjoyable 2025.

Uniform

As the year winds down and temperature rises up, please start to look at next year's summer uniform as well as finding or buying another school hat. The new P.E. shirts are now in stock at Lowe’s. This sports polo is an expectation that students have to change into at the beginning of Physical Education.

Year 7 Transition

We welcome the new year 7 cohort that have recently enjoyed their transition day at Horsham College. At the beginning of 2026 the Year 7 students will begin the year with a bootcamp where they will have the chance to navigate Horsham College before other cohorts begin, to ensure they are comfortable with the surroundings and staffing.

Staffing

To those staff that are leaving Horsham College for other opportunities, travel and other reasons, we would like to take the opportunity to say thank you for your work this year and we wish you all the best in your endeavours.
