Footy Colours Day – Friday 19 September
Order forms were sent home earlier this week. Children can have a sausage roll or meat pie for $6 and an optional sausage roll or meat pie for an additional $4. Can you please ensure you have returned your order form and payment by no later than Monday 15th so we are able to submit our order with the supplier in time.
Bunnings Sausage Sizzle
A huge thank you to our incredible team of volunteers who came and helped us out two Saturdays ago. We sold approximately 700 sausage sandwiches (and used almost 20kg of onions!) making a profit of $2,100 for our wonderful school. For fundraisers like this, it really does take a village, people who really step up to help out in many ways. From being there in person on the day, to lending out eskys, and doing a last minute dash to the shops to buy mustard…it all really adds up. Thank you firstly to Corrado (Matteo 3/4G) who coordinated the day and made sure everything was prepared to run smoothly. Thank you to Kate (Flick 1/2B) and Belinda (Oliver 1/2S) for donating a portion of sausages, to Ollie (Amelia 5/6C & Liana 5/6G) for donating the ice and onions and to our amazing list of volunteers on the day:
Miss Gale
Oliver Kelly
Johann Tambayah
Attila Rind
Nick Kostic
Matt Wagner
Laura Petrie
Stacy Kelly
Alcino Passos
Venetia Papadopoulos
Peta Lipman

And to our wonderful student helpers on the day

Amelia (5/6C)
Liana (5/6G)
Theodore (5/6G)

Father’s Day Stall – Wednesday 3 September
Father Day Stall was over in a flash with the gifts flying off the tables! Its always such a joy to see the kids excitedly choosing the gifts and eyeing off the raffle prizes.
There is a lot of hard work and dedication that goes into the running of these stalls with each gift being carefully selected, wrapped and presented by a handful of brilliant mums who we are ever grateful for. A HUGE thank you to Sophie (Eddie Prep) and Alicia (Imogen 3/4I) for coordinating the stalls this year and to their team of helpers who assisted in bringing it all together.
This year our Father’s Day Stall made $2,826.00
Sushi Day – Coming next term
Next term we will be introducing a sushi day in lieu of our regular scheduled hot dog day.
We’ve had lots of feedback from students and teachers with the desire to try something new!
Pricing and flavour options to be decided closer to the date.
