Wellbeing

R U OK? Day, celebrated on the 10th of September at Croydon SDS, aims to build a supportive and caring community by encouraging meaningful conversations about wellbeing. The day highlights the importance of checking in with others, showing kindness, and offering support when someone might be struggling. At Croydon SDS, staff and students took part in activities that promoted connection, empathy, and resilience, reinforcing that a simple question, “Are you OK?”, can make a positive difference in someone’s life.
