Big Day Out
Monday, 4th May, is our Combined Schools Big Day Out.
Together with the children and staff from St Augustine's and Annunciation Schools, we will celebrate Mass at St Augustine’s Church at 10:15 am, followed by a sausage sizzle lunch and a movie (The Magic Faraway Tree) at Sun Theatre Yarraville. The children will receive a Pop Top and popcorn to enjoy during the movie.
We will depart from Corpus Christi at 9:0 am and return at approximately 3:15 pm.
Full details will be communicated by nForma. Please make sure you give permission for your child to attend.
Please note there will be NO ASSEMBLY before the Big Day Out.
Building Program Update
We are almost there! Our building project is nearly complete, with a scheduled finishing date of 24th April, marking the end of the first week back of Term 2.
When students, staff, and families return from the holidays, you should notice significant progress across the site, including:
- Joinery and workstations installed
- New paved driveway completed
- Asphalting and line marking finalising
- External cladding completed
- Painting works completed
- Internal fit-out completed
We should be able to commence moving into the new space in the week beginning 27th April. How exciting!
Winter Uniform
Next term, children will begin to transition into their winter uniform. If families need to purchase items, please complete an order form available from the front office or the website and submit it to the school office.
Alternatively, place an order via email to info@cckingsville.catholic.edu.au
and we will call you when it's ready to collect.
For the first few weeks of Term 2, you can choose between summer or winter uniform depending upon the weather. Children will need to wear the full winter uniform from the week beginning Monday 18th May.
Easter Raffle
A reminder that all raffle ticket money should have been returned to the office by now.
The raffle will be drawn on Thursday, 2nd April at around 12:45 pm in the Gathering Space.
