Milgate House Swimming:

On Wednesday 25th March we had our annual House Swimming Competition for all our Yr. 3 – 6 students at Croydon Memorial Pool. We had a terrific day at the pool and it fantastic to see so many students put in their best efforts throughout the day. A huge thankyou goes to all the Yr. 3 – 6 teachers, ES staff, parent helpers & Mrs. Collins for making the day so successful. Well, done to all the houses and the results from the day were as follows:

• 1st Place ~ Streeton (387)
• 2nd Place ~ McCubbin (373)
• 3rd Place ~ Boyd (348)
• 4th Place ~ Roberts (319)

Yr. 6 Mt Bike Day:

On Friday 13th March, 14 Yr. 6 students participated in our Mt Biking Outdoor Elective Program. The students were amazing throughout the day, and we rode many of the single tracks on the way to Westerfolds Park. Many of these trails pushed to students and improved their Mt Biking skills, which was great to see. We had lunch at Westerfolds Park and then made our way back to Milgate via variety of trials. Well, done to everyone involved and many thanks to Mrs. Wildsmith, Mr. Wicher & Rob McPhee for their support throughout the day.

EMR Swimming:

On Tuesday 31st March the following students will compete at EMR Swimming @ Aquanation, Ringwood. All the best to them and look forward to hearing how you all go at this event. This is an outstanding effort by the following students on making a Regional event.

• Dallas ~ 9/10yr Boys ~ 4 x 50m Freestyle Relay & 9/10yr Boys Freestyle.
• Zenon ~ 9/10yr Boys ~ 4 x 50m Freestyle Relay.
• Mason ~ 9/10yr Boys ~ 4 x 50m Freestyle Relay.
