Wominjeka Everyone,

🌟 School Holiday Program – A Fantastic Success! 🌟

Our School Holiday Program was a wonderful success, filled with fun, learning, and memorable experiences for all the children. We were thrilled to see such enthusiasm and engagement across the program. Children particularly enjoyed our exciting incursions and excursions, including the Reptile Encounter, Primary Colours workshop, Melbourne Zoo, the movies, Puppet Show, and our visit to Don Bosco. Each experience provided opportunities for children to explore new interests, build confidence, and engage in hands-on learning.

Our excursions were a highlight, especially when travelling on public transport. The children demonstrated excellent behaviour, listening carefully to educators, following safety instructions, and showing respect for shared community spaces. We were incredibly proud of how responsibly they represented our service in the wider community.

Throughout the program, children developed important life skills such as independence, cooperation, and resilience. They strengthened their social connections, practised problem-solving, and gained confidence in new environments.

Thank you to our families for your ongoing support, and to our dedicated educators for creating such a positive, safe, and enriching program. We look forward to many more exciting experiences ahead!

📣 School Holiday Program – We Value Your Feedback!

Earlier today, we shared a feedback survey via email for our School Holiday Program, and we would greatly appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete it.

Your feedback is incredibly important to us. It allows us to critically reflect on our program, celebrate what worked well, and identify areas where we can continue to improve and better meet the needs of our children and families.

We are always striving to provide a high-quality, engaging, and safe program, and your input plays a key role in shaping this.

Thank you in advance for your time and support—we truly value your voice.

💳 Child Care Subsidy (CCS) – Important Reminder

We kindly ask all families to regularly check their statements to ensure that their Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is being applied correctly.

We have noticed that some families are currently not receiving CCS. This may be due to:

  • Enrolments not being successfully confirmed through Centrelink, or
  • CCS entitlement not yet approved or updated by Centrelink.

To avoid unexpected out-of-pocket costs, please ensure that:

  • Your CCS enrolment is confirmed via your Centrelink account, and
  • Your entitlement is active and up to date.

We also recommend setting up a payment method to manage any gap fees. Alternatively, payments can be made through the app using “Pay Day Now”.

If you have any questions or need support, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your attention to this important matter
