This is a bumper Indo Issue with two big events to share.

Friday of week six we celebrated Hari Merdeka 

• a big thanks to Grace and Salma, to volunteer Melbourne Uni students who have been helping out with some classes who organised a day of Lombah kerupuk to celebrate Hari Merdeka
• a big congratulations to all of JSR who did such a wonderful assembly performance honouring Indonesian culture

Wednesday Week 7 some senior students got to go to the MCG for a footy clinic with the Indonesian football team the Krakatoas (the Krakatoas are a team set help to help our Indonesian diaspora connect with other Australians and Australian culture) and then to meet Collingwood’s Indonesian speaking captain and the Foreign Ministers of Indonesia and Australia.
